The SKYe Five: November 28-December 12

We here at Skye Magazine like to take a few moments and profess what we have loved over the past weeks. So here it is. This is the definitive list of the top five things for last week and the top five things for this week.
Last Week:
- Wednesday: Director David Ayer announced that he is working on a remake of Brian De’Palma’s Scarface. Say hello to my NEW little friend.
- Wednesday: Turns out that The Munsters is another show in talks to being rebooted at the hands of Bryan Singer.
- Wednesday: The 2012 Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame Inductees have been announced. The inductees are Guns N’ Roses, Beastie Boys, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
- Thursday: The first trailer for TNT’s reboot of “Dallas” premiered. Am I excited? No, but is my mom excited? You better believe it.
- Sunday: Yahoo! Announced their list of the Top Ten Worst Music Videos of the Year. Believe it or not, Rebecca Black’s Friday was not number one. Check out the full list here: http://music.yahoo.com/blogs/video-gaga/most-epically-awful-videos-2011-even-worse-rebecca-033853710.html
This Week:
- Monday: Harry Morgan, best known as Colonel Potter on the television show M*A*S*H, died at the age of 96.
- Tuesday: Sons Of Anarchy season 4 ended with Jax taking the gavel at the table, becoming the President of SAMCRO. How did Clay survive this season?
- Wednesday: Marks the 70th anniversary of the Attack On Pearl Harbor. Let us all take a minute and thank those who serve in the military. Thank You.
- Friday: The Sitter hits theaters. I honestly think I would go see any movie that Jonah Hill is in.
- Friday: BigHead studios will be hosting BigHead Art Show featuring the works of Josh Mitcham at 6 at Yellowberri. If you’re in the neighborhood, come out and support us.
So what do you think? Are you excited about this stuff, or is there something that you are pumped about that is not on this list? Comment us and let us know what you are excited about!
